Purchased from Sears and tried to charge light, after approx. 10 hours of charging the flashlight did not work. Tried another battery and still would not work. The flashlight would work when plugged into charger so it wasn't the battery or the light. However when plugged in the light would not work on high, it would light briefly and then dim. I ordered another one from Sears assuming it was a defective product, the 2nd light had the same problem. Once in a while a product is defective, but when 2 have the same problem there is a big problem with the product or quality control of the company. Sears did refund my money but unfortunately I used points that weren't refunded. I should have used them for something else instead of wasting the points and my time on this inferior product. Purchased several other brands, even much cheaper flashlights, in the past and never had problem. I would recommend purchasing another brand until Guard Dog corrects problem and/or tightens their quality control.
