We'are sorry your product is not working as intended. Rest assured, we will make this process as easy as possible.

Please complete the form below, with all necessary information, and we will process your warranty replacement. Allow 10-15 days to process your warranty replacement. Your product will be assessed for the nature of the defect. In the event the product does not fall under the Guard Dog Lifetime Warranty, the product will be returned with an explanation.

Product must be returned with this sheet completed in its entirety and copy of purchase receipt from an authorized Guard Dog Security retailer. A copy of this form along with instructions will be emailed to you within 1-2 business day.
