I've used this product daily at work. The belt-loop on my "Premium Leather Holster" broke just after a week of use. Right out of the box the stun function would not work at all sometimes until sliding the switch off and on a couple of times. A month and few weeks later the flashlight stopped working. I just filed a warranty claim this morning. If the issues are resolved I'll be more than happy to update my review.

I shipped it back and they repaired it. So far it is working well. The new stun-head purple camo & doesn't match the rest of the original body--but it works. I use this almost daily and have not had the problems that I first had. They replaced the holster; it's the same poor quality one as the original. It'd be nice if they just beefed-up the loop, then the problem would be solved. My main concern now is that if it frequently malfunctions I will be paying the cost of the product in shipping for warranty repairs. All-in-all it works. I still highly suggest though that you test it frequently to make sure it operates well.

After a couple of weeks of use, I'm back to square one. The flashlight component is failing just as it did before. Considering shipping costs, at some point, one would wonder if the lifetime warranty is worth it. I would not recommend this particular product. Eventually, I will have spent the worth of the product in shipping. I don't want to purchase a new one because I'm afraid that there is a problem with this device altogether. I've only found one review on it and it was not good.
